Gantol delivers within Indonesia. Estimated delivery times are provided at the point of purchase and are indicative only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs processes, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage to Products transfers to you upon delivery to the address specified in your Order. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery where required.
Due to the nature of food-supplement Products, returns are accepted only where a Product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, or where the Product does not match the confirmed Order specification. To report a damaged or defective delivery, contact [email protected] within 7 days of receipt, including your Order reference and a description of the issue.
Where a return is accepted, a replacement Product or full refund will be issued within 14 business days of the return being confirmed. Return shipping costs for accepted defect claims are covered by Gantol.
Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless the damage was present at the time of receipt and reported within the 7-day window.
